Our goal is to always provide immediate answers to all questions regarding standard functions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If we are unable to give you an answer within 4 hours you will receive information that your issue has been escalated to the appropriate consultant or developer.
If we cannot resolve your issue within 24 hours, we will escalate your issue direct to Microsoft for resolution.
