Golden EDI as a partner to Update Affärssyste develops solutions to help companies meet EDI and integration requirements within the business systems Navision, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central by delivering an easy-to-implement, user-friendly and cost-effective service.


Golden EDI has many prepackaged solutions in addition to EDI invoice management such as Inter Company, Master Data, 3PL, Web integration, etc. 


We currently have 3 versions of solutions for invoice management as follows:

Freemium - Invoice management

Freemium Invoice management is a free version and is for those of you who have outgrown manual handling and instead want to streamline and automate the sending of PDF documents from the Microsoft Business Central business system. The documents are sent out from the company's SMTP or e-mail.

A big advantage of Golden Freemium is that you can batch post invoices which are then automatically sent to your recipients as PDF.
 
This replaces the handling in standard Business Central where each invoice requires individual handling at the time of posting, which is inefficient.

Freemium supports the documents invoice, credit note and order confirmation from the start. Additional documents such as purchase order, delivery notification, reminder  and interest invoice can be obtained for an additional fee of SEK 1,350/piece. Basic Invoice - Invoice management

Basic Invoice - Invoice management is the natural step for the company that runs the Standard Microsoft Business Central Cloud and needs to handle the basic requirements set for e-invoicing and streamlining the company's invoice flow. The service supports E-invoice, PDF invoice and Print.

Basic Invoice is available for companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and handles recipients who are connected to local interconnection or Peppol.

Contact us at Update Business System (031-727 78 00) and we will help you with an agreement and guide for getting started. The service does not require a consultant to be activated, but is so-called "self-installing", but if you want assistance, we offer you a so-called assistance package.

  • Monthly cost = SEK 399

  • Assistance package = SEK 3,000

  • E-Invoice = SEK 3.25/pc

  • PDF-Invoice = SEK 1.25/pc (total SEK 0 with Freemium)

  • Print A-postage = SEK 9.20/piece (refers to Sweden)

Advanced Invoice - Invoice management

Advanced Invoice is the flexible solution for you who have Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics NAV and who have high requirements regarding the efficiency of the invoice flow. The service supports E-invoices, PDF invoices and Print with great flexibility to meet today's demands.

Advanced Invoice is available for companies in all markets and handles recipients who are connected to local interconnection or Peppol in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, outside there is support for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.

Contact us at Update Business System (031-727 78 00) and we start with a qualification where we clarify your company's requirements and thus the price for the service. After a signed agreement, the introduction project is carried out with a start-up meeting, installation, configuration, training and final verification of the service.
