Automatic PDF delivery notification gives your customers a better service. When you book the delivery, the customer automatically receives information about when and what has been delivered.

From the customer card, you specify whether the customer should have Automatic PDF Delivery Notification and to which e-mail address it should be sent to.


When you book a delivery, we let the system check whether the customer should have an Automatic PDF Delivery Notification. If this is the case, the system creates a delivery notification with information about when the goods have left and with which forwarder. The customer also receives a tracking link if you have filled in the goods information number or have our AddOn Unifaun Connector and the Readback function. Attached to the email is also a PDF delivery note where the customer can see what was actually delivered. With Automatic PDF Delivery Notification, the system buffers it in a queue which is then released at the specified time.
