Articles
In the warehouse module is the article register and here you can register articles that are kept in stock, service articles and have a register for articles that you want to create if necessary. In the article register you will find functions such as e.g. Attributes, Price management, purchasing from and order points, etc
Warehouses
The warehouse function iBusiness Centralis for you who have several different warehouse locations. Here you can enter your stocks and also manage themorder pointsper article and per storage location, which allows you to create purchases from the respective supplier and storage location.
Storage locations
Within the respective warehouse inBusiness Centralcan we share our warehouses withstorage locations, which allows us to keep track of where in the warehouse an article is and with what quantity. Of course, we can stock the same article in several storage locations within each warehouse
Transfer order
Through the transfer order function, we can register stock movements between the various warehouses in Business Central. When posting the delivery from one warehouse to another, the item is in transit until the receiving warehouse posts the incoming delivery
Delivery from purchase
When receiving deliveries based on thosepurchase orderthat you created against the respective supplier, we book the deliveries to our warehouse. Through this function in Business Central, you get full control over incoming goods to the warehouse
Picking and delivery
Based on "released sales orders", we show the warehouse's role center the sales orders that are to be picked from the warehouse and packed for delivery to the customer. When the "pile" on the warehouse personnel's role center is empty, it is confirmation that the day's deliveries have been completed
Item tracking
In Business Central, you have the opportunity to track the items that are delivered in and out of our warehouse through both serial numbers and batch numbers. This function is advantageously combined with our AddOnTasklet Factorywhich handles barcodes
Inventory/periodic inventory
When it's time for inventory, you create an inventory document that is used when inventorying the items in the warehouse. When registering inventory balance, you get one more chance to recalculate/adjust inventory balance before posting any positive/negative inventory adjustments
