In the basic installation, you specify whether invoices should be reminded by the due date or whether you should handle overdue invoices/payment reminders based on the specified day of the week. You then indicate on the customer card whether the customer should have an Automatic PDF Payment Reminder and to which e-mail address it should be sent.

When an invoice is due for payment, the system automatically sends out a payment reminder, alternatively it runs in batches on a set day of the week via NAS in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.


Customers now receive their payment reminders in an environmentally friendly way, directly via e-mail without it costing you a penny. No more printing, envelopes, franking or postage.


The savings for your company is at least SEK 10 per reminder (paper, printing, envelopes and postage) in addition to the labor required. The fact that you are also helping the environment is another big plus!
