The AddOn function "Order intake statistics" was developed by us at Update Affärssystem AB in Gothenburg and can be installed on versions of Navision 3.60 to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.
The function was a long-awaited addon as in early versions of Navision it became apparent early on that it was difficult to obtain statistics about the order intake in the company when the sales order was deleted after the accounting. Sales managers, salespeople and CEOs in the companies became blind in this situation and could not see the order intake in a good way, which is a must in most organizations.
We then built a completely separate function with tables that save the sales order lines and their changes based on the date they were executed. Through these transactions, we can retrieve the statistics that the customer desires through a standardized selection of reports and forms.
